The sensor and processor pairing also avails quick performance throughout the camera system, including an 8.2 fps continuous shooting rate, quick autofocus with subject tracking, and Full HD 1080p video recording at 60 fps, and the large sensor size contributes to rich image quality that is well-suited to printing and sharing work.
3x Optical Zoom Lens and Image Stabilization
The versatile 3x optical zoom lens covers a wide-angle to portrait-length 28-84mm equivalent focal length range, and features an f/2-4.9 maximum aperture along with Intelligent IS and Dual Sensing IS image stabilization technologies to benefit handheld shooting in difficult lighting conditions. Additionally, Dynamic IS can also be used to help stabilize videos and minimize the appearance of shake when recording while walking.
